Brief introduction of the lecturer:
Dr. Michael F. Baumgartner had taught in many colleges include the Zurich Federal Institute of Technology, and been an adviser in many academic institutions and government organizations. He is also one of the founders of MFB-Geo Consulting which one he will share his program experience from at this time.
The lecture has two themes: Application-oriented Monitoring from Space — from Single Frame Imagery to Video Streaming and Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing — a base for the Real Estate Cadaster, Republik Aserbaidschan Cadaster, Republik Aserbaidschan.
