摘要:Most of the empirical topographic correction methods are based on the universal assumptions of the relationship between radiations and solar incident angles. The correction accuracy is hardly to be accessed quantitatively. This paper introduces a land cover adaptive C (LCAC) method for topographic correction, and verifies its advantage quantitatively. Experiments on synthetic and real remote sensing data are performed. The synthetic data derives from the SMARTS2 model, which simulates the surface reflectance and the atmospheric conditions. The global land cover map produced by the National Geomatics Center of China is taken as the auxiliary data. The LCAC outperforms the traditional C method in experiments on both synthetic and real remote sensing data by visual and quantitative assessments.
